Common Issues

🔐 Login Problems

  • Can’t log in with Google? — Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again. If using the app, ensure it’s updated to the latest version.
  • Forgot password? — Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to reset via email.
  • Account locked? — Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact us below.

💬 App Issues

  • Responses are slow? — AI responses typically take 3-8 seconds. If longer, check your internet connection.
  • App crashes? — Make sure you’re running the latest version. Try closing and reopening the app.
  • Incorrect ruling? — Arbi uses official sources but isn’t perfect. Let us know so we can improve!

📱 Account & Data

  • Delete my account? — Email us at the address below and we’ll process your request within 48 hours.
  • Export my data? — Contact us to request a data export.
  • Clear conversation history? — Available in the app’s side menu.
