Common Issues
🔐 Login Problems
- Can’t log in with Google? — Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again. If using the app, ensure it’s updated to the latest version.
- Forgot password? — Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to reset via email.
- Account locked? — Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact us below.
💬 App Issues
- Responses are slow? — AI responses typically take 3-8 seconds. If longer, check your internet connection.
- App crashes? — Make sure you’re running the latest version. Try closing and reopening the app.
- Incorrect ruling? — Arbi uses official sources but isn’t perfect. Let us know so we can improve!
📱 Account & Data
- Delete my account? — Email us at the address below and we’ll process your request within 48 hours.
- Export my data? — Contact us to request a data export.
- Clear conversation history? — Available in the app’s side menu.
